I am sitting here in Las Vegas, another city that never seems to sleep. Maybe, I identify with cities that seem to always be awake, because I am one that seems to sleep less and less as of late. New York, Las Vegas, wherever it may be, I love the lights, the action, and the intrigue…
I made the trek to Las Vegas for a random reason. I had heard that the Mirage was closing and the Cirque Soleil Beatles Love show would soon be a moment of history. For some reason, I just felt like I had to purchase a ticket and go see one of its final shows on this Independence Day. When I went online to purchase my ticket, it wouldn’t allow me to buy just one of the ticket I desired. I had to buy the pair, so here I was with two tickets and just me. I have had a friend who lives in California. One of those online friends where you bond as if you could be sisters, but we had never met face to face. I told her I had a spare ticket, and well, we finally met in the flesh, and the experience was irreplaceable. Memories were made… Good memories. God has a funny way of bringing you where you need to be… The moment you need to be there…
Two fun filled days. Blue Man Group, In and Out Burger, the Beatles, and Independence Day… The last time I was in Vegas, I was here with my mom. In some way, even though she is not present with me in the flesh, I can just feel her presence. I hope she knows I miss her every day more than the last. Leaning on her shoulder when a day was unbearable. And just hearing her assure me everything would be alright. The eternal optimist with the fiery Irish temper. The strong beautiful soul who dared to prove people wrong. Who made believers of the men in her own family who thought men were superior to women when it came to business. I hope I am a fraction of what she was, because there was nobody like her. Nobody who tried to help people like she did but at the same time didn’t allow anyone to defeat or bully her. A lawyer once looked at her after losing to her in a court of law and asked her if she played chess. My mom answered, “No.” He looked her square in the eye and told her she should. She had defeated evil and the corrupt court system, who made deals in the judge’s chamber, with her smarts, her intuition, her determination, and most importantly, God on her side.
If you ever come to Las Vegas, you will have an infinite number of choices when it comes to hotels. But then I suppose a portion of those in the movement would revolt at the thought of coming to “Sin City”. Not me. My first time in Las Vegas was when Clay Clark brought the Reawaken America tour to this city. And during that event, my mom and I stayed at our first Trump hotel. Go big or go home, and President Trump definitely has a way of thinking bigly. The staff is like one large family. Some have even worked here since the hotel opened in 2008. They speak warmly of the Trump family and note their kindness. Not often do you see billionaires treat the working man as if they are equal. Some people do not realize that is why the American people identified with President Trump. He may be wealthy, but he was a blue-collar guy who just listened to people and just spoke to them on a different level from other smooth talking, slick politicians. That is why President Trump is the People’s President.
This evening was spent at the Mirage and the Beatles show was like nothing I have seen. I have always loved the music of the Beatles. Myself, personally, being a fan of their earlier work before their music went dark during the era of drugs and the Vietnam War. My mom spoke of attending a Beatles concert when she was younger. Rolling Stones too. Like me, she loved the early Beatles. My dad was quite different. Apparently, he was obsessed with Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. My mom would speak how he would play that record over and over. Maybe, I wanted to go to the show to hear the entirety of the music that both my parents loved.
The “Love” show did not disappoint. The acrobatics, tricks, music, and actors and actresses were like no other I have ever seen. They say no photography, but on this night, during one of its final shows, I took photos galore from my front row seat. Sadness fills my heart because soon the Mirage will be a part of history, when it is torn down to make way for another Hard Rock Hotel. The residents of Vegas pushed back hard to prevent this landmark from being replaced by what they saw to be a tacky addition to their city, but they lost. It seems lately the people lose to the corrupt and those who use money to control government and the corrupt politicians. But like the Love show and the music of the Beatles, the country has a dark side and a side filled with love. The dark side being the special interests, deep state, corrupt politicians, and desire for money and power. I am proud to be a member of the side who fights for love of country, patriotism, the common man, and the Constitution. I am proud to stand up for free and fair elections and for the American people. I am proud to push back until all J6ers are released and vindicated. We must or future generations will not have a free country.
It seems like with Vegas with the loss of their Mirage, the country as a whole has had 4 years of losses and heartbreak. We currently live in a country that is at the crossroads of where we could possibly lose to the Marxists, Communists, and corrupt. The national government, state legislatures, and judiciary seem to fight us at every turn. Victories have been few and far between. The November election will likely be the most consequential battle of good and evil in my lifetime and probably yours. It is hard to see how we can win in November with the machines still in place, early voting for weeks before the election, and illegals swarming the border like a colony of ants. But then I am of the belief that even though the mountain seems too high to conquer and everything seems to be against us, that is not entirely true. Many have no understanding why 2020 occurred. Simple. We had to finally have our eyes open to the corruption. We had to finally know the machines were rigged. We had to know that most Republicans are not our friends and are part of one big uni-party. Because if we don’t see the problem, we can’t fix the problem. God showed us what we needed to see. If Trump had won reelection by the landslide we know he should have claimed, we would be sitting here 4 months before another career politician, Mike Pence, was running for the highest office in the land. A politician with a spine of a jellyfish would have either lost or won and allowed the corruption and cheating to worsen. Now we know. Many people have joined a grassroots movement because they want the country to be saved for their children and grandchildren. They want to bring the country back to a place where our forefathers intended. They want to regain their independence…
Moral of the story, folks. Get involved. Don’t sit back and say you don’t have time to fight for your country’s soul. Don’t leave it to others to do the hard work. Yes, you have a life. We all do. Make the sacrifice before it is too late. Join at the local level for the sake of your community. Don’t end up regretting that you didn’t get involved. We are the silent majority. Time to regain our voice and let the corrupt politicians hear us as if we are a symphony of change.
Lesson 2,122. Become a doer and don’t expect others to come and save you. Don’t wait for secret plans that may not exist. Be the plan. Be a soldier of God here on earth.
And most importantly, don’t lose faith. God wins in the end. In fact, God has already won… We are just catching up to His victory.
